Any other items returned will charged at 25% restocking fee plus carriage. 


We must be notified of your wish to return an item within 24 Hours of delivery. Returned goods must be in a saleable condition (unless deemed faulty). All damages/shortages should be reported by mid day on the first working day following delivery.


Incorrectly Ordered items can only be accepted for return if:


There is prior authorisation from E4 Equip Ltd


An authorisation Code from E4 Equip Ltd


All items are correctly packaged in the original packaging


Original Manual and documentation are enclosed


The goods have not been used


A return fee equal 25% will be charged on all such goods

We do not ship items outside of the United Kingdom


We will not ship items to P.O Boxes


Absolutely no C.O.D


Most of our items include free shipping to mainland UK locations, however on occasions shipping costs may not be covered.  You will be made aware of such costs prior to your purchase.


Please check that units will fit through the doorway of the intended delivery location


Shopsmart will not accept responsibility if the unit does not fit through the door of the intended location. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery will be the customers responsibility,  a restocking charge of 25% will be incurred.


Shopsmart will not accept liability for aborted deliveries because of obstructions to the delivery location Please ensure the location will be clear and accessible for our drivers. Our drivers will not park in restricted area’s such as on double yellow lines, disabled bays etc. Please ensure they can legally park and access the location. If a delivery is aborted because of lack of access a restocking charge of 25% will be incurred.


We will deliver to your door throughout the UK mainland but unless previously agreed in writing we are not liable for unpacking, positioning and installation..


Should a delivery have to be aborted because the business is closed or no one is there to meet them, then you will be charged again for carriage. If the item has to be restocked then you will incur a restocking fee of 25%


Items are only shipped with approved Shopsmart couriers, and we accept no responsibility for damaged caused by alternate shipping firms. We also do not accept any liability for items picked up by customers with their own vehicles and transported to the intended location.


There are occasions when deliveries can run late ie Traffic Jams, accidents road works etc. We will always endeavor to keep you posted of any problems that may crop up. However Shopsmart is not liable for any loss or damage caused to your business due to these unforeseen circumstances.



Should you be shipped an incorrect item Shopsmart will not accept liability for loss of business and damages caused by the error.


Our shipping policies are in line with all UK laws





All refrigeration prices include delivery to your door throughout the UK mainland but not unpacking and positioning.


You must check door entry sizes with all cabinets.

All refrigeration (freezers) are designed to work in an ambient temperature of 25oC. It is a customers responsibility to provide a suitable and safe electricity supply. We accept no liability for damaged caused by faulty supply.


All refrigeration is supplied with two year parts warranty. If you wish to purchase one years onsite warranty please call us for details.


Warranty becomes invalid if non-approved parts are fitted


Warranty is not transfereable and lies with the original purchaser


Use of equipment othe than for its designed purpose will invaildate the warranty


All claims are to be submitted with complete service engineers documentation


Serve overs and multi deck displays can be unpacked and positioned if required call for a price.

About Payment Options

Our contracts of sales shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any actions or proceedings arising of this contract shall be subject solely to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
